Privacy policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected and how it is handled. It applies to duoyaprint.com and to enquiries sent to the addresses published on it.
Who is responsible
Shanghai Duoya Printing Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as DuoyaPrint), Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
- Information you send us directly — your name, email address, company, artwork files and any details included in a production enquiry or order.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting and email providers: requested page, timestamp, browser type, approximate region and IP address. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for, and do not wish to receive, payment card numbers or government identification through this website.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or behavioural tracking. There is no login, no account system and no remarketing pixel on these pages.
How information is used
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes or proofs.
- To produce, pack and ship orders, and to handle after-sales questions.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
- To keep the site and our email systems secure.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business — hosting, business email, carriers and payment or accounting providers — and only to the extent each one needs it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or advertising technology vendors.
Advertising data
Where we access Amazon advertising data through the Amazon Ads API, that access is limited to our own seller account and our own campaigns. We do not obtain, store or process advertising data belonging to other advertisers.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Artwork files are retained so that repeat orders reproduce correctly, and are deleted on request where no legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting order records may affect our ability to service a warranty or a repeat order.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
